Occult Brawler has a passive that I have NEVER ever seen resisted (even though his poison on A1 gets resisted every once in a while), the passive from Bulwark (debuff extension when he gets hit) has never shown "resisted" for me either, even though everyone says Accuracy is required.
My understanding was, that basically anything that negatively affects the enemy (debuff, tm decrease, etc.) can be resisted. Is there an official list from Plarium where one can see which skills/perks/passives require Accuracy?
